For bug reports, feature requests, or general questions:
We try to reply within a few business days. Please include your iOS version and Bity Buy build number (visible at the top of the app header) when reporting a bug.
The app crashes when I tap App Lock. Make sure you're on Bity Buy build b367 or later. Earlier builds had a missing Face ID permission string. Update from the App Store and try again.
I imported a CSV but my vendors didn't appear. Check that your CSV's first row contains column headers (Name, Address, Phone, etc.). The importer reads the header row to map columns. Common variants like "Vendor Name", "Company", "Phone Number" are recognized.
My calibrated template positions reset to defaults. This was a bug in early builds. Update to the latest build from the App Store. Your calibration is stored in the show record, so once you re-calibrate it stays.
Generated PDFs are too big. Bity Buy aggressively compresses photos at PDF generation time. A 6-photo wrap pack should land under 1 MB. If yours is larger, the photos may have been added in an older build that didn't run compression — re-generate the PDF to apply the current compression settings.
How do I switch between shows? Tap the hamburger menu (top-right) → Switch Show. Or go to the Shows tab and tap the star icon on the show you want to make active.
Can I share a calibration with another buyer? Yes — in any template manager (Transport, Receipt), tap "Share Calibration (.bbcal)…". The recipient AirDrops or saves the file to their Files app, then opens it from inside Bity Buy.
Does Bity Buy have a web version? A web version exists at the Bity Buy website. It mirrors most of the iOS app's features — the file formats (.bbshow / .bbvendor / .bbcal) are compatible between platforms.
See the privacy policy for full details on how the app handles your data. Short version: it doesn't leave your device unless you turn on iCloud sync.
